- Each listing will only detail one property.
- Standard information such as address, contact info, monthly rent
and deposit must be provided.
- The description area allows you to provide more information about
your property such as: nice, well-kept home with new carpet and paint,
large yard, PC schools, etc.
- You may make reference to other homes you may have available,
but cannot list any other addresses in the description area.
- If applicable, you may reference your website in the description
area.
- OK4lease.com reserves the right to alter listing information
to correct spelling errors or for continuity purposes.
- Updates regarding pricing changes or property feature additions
are provided at no additional charge.
- Rental properties are added to the site daily. Pictures are taken
once or twice weekly, and will be added to the listings at that time.
